1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WeMeet (`https://we-meet.in`), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our video conferencing services.
2. Acceptable Conduct & Recording Policy
You agree to use WeMeet strictly for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the platform to broadcast or transmit unauthorized, abusive, harassing, or illegal content. Recording or transcribing meetings without obtaining the explicit consent of all room participants is strictly prohibited under local law.
3. Service Tier & Time Limits
Free workspace meetings on WeMeet are subject to a 40-minute duration limit per session. Meetings automatically terminate when the limit is reached, accompanied by on-screen toast notifications (at 10m, 5m, 1m, and 10s remaining). Enterprise workspaces enjoy unlimited session duration.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
WeMeet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA and WebRTC DTLS-SRTP encryption standards, WeMeet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages or internet carrier throttling.
